Many of the gaming mechanics of the games bear similarities to those used in Avalon Hill’s classic boardgame Victory in The Pacific (VITP), although many changes were made to the rules and game content to adapt the thematic and general gameplay to a new and enjoyable computer game.

Fleet Commander: Pacific

Fleet Commander: Pacific (FCP) is a digital simulation of the naval war in the Pacific from 1941 to 1945.

All major surface combat ships of the Japanese and Allied navies are present in this massive strategic simulation of the biggest maritime war ever.

Players also manage air forces, admirals, marines contingents and submarines. Most of the land war aspect is ignored or simplified, or represented by fast and simple Card Play effects and other mechanisms, in order that players can focus on their role as Fleet Commander: the war at sea!

Fleet Commander Atlantic

Fleet Commander: Atlantic

Fleet Commander: Atlantic (FCA) is a digital simulation of the naval war in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean from 1940 to 1945.

All major surface combat ships of the Axis and Allied navies are present in this grand scale strategic simulation of that massive conflict.

Players also manage air forces, convoys and submarines. All the diplomatic and land war aspects are deliberately left aside and represented by fast and simple Card Play effects and other mechanisms , in order that players can focus on their role as Fleet Commander: the war at sea!

Fleet Commander: South China Sea

Fleet Commander: South China Sea (FCSCS) is a digital simulation of a potential naval war in the South China Sea and Indian Ocean in a near future.

All major surface combat ships of the United States, China and other local powers fleets are present in this “what-if’” strategic simulation of the likeliest coming hot spots of international tensions.

Players also manage air forces, missile batteries, special forces and marines contingents, as well as nuclear submarines and civilian shipping. The game focuses on naval operations and the related air, space or land activity, and you play as the future Fleet Commander.
